Segway Canada are committed to providing our customers with high-quality and reliable electric scooters, along with exceptional service and support. We understand that getting your new electric scooter quickly and safely is important, which is why we have a clear and transparent shipping policy that outlines all the details you need to know.
Shipping Times: We offer free shipping Canada-wide on all our electric scooters (excluding the three Northern Territories: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut). For in-stock electric scooters, you can expect delivery within 3-10 business days. In-stock accessories and components will be shipped within 4-7 business days.
Email Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided during the ordering process.
Shipping Costs and Lithium-Ion Batteries: We offer completely free shipping on all purchases of electric scooters $200 or more to addresses in Canada.
Signatures Required: All shipments containing electric scooters are sent with signature required due to the high value of the item and restrictions pertaining to the delivery of high-capacity lithium-ion batteries. The shipping carrier is instructed to obtain a signature before delivery, and packages will not be left unattended. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping carriers may obtain visual confirmation that the recipient acknowledges receipt of the package as an alternative to obtaining a physical signature.
Shipping Carriers: We ship our electric scooters using trusted carriers such as FedEx, Canpar, Purolator, or UPS, based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address. We always aim to ship your order in a single box, but if necessary, we may need to send multiple shipments.
No Responsibility for Loss, Theft, or Damage: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues that may arise.
Refused Shipments: If you refuse delivery of your order, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of 25% restocking fee per electric scooter to partially cover our shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us, and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method, less 25% restocking fee.
