Segway Canada wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your electric scooter, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. After 7 days, we cannot accept returns.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and unopened, with all items inside the box and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.
Return Policy
If you wish to cancel an unshipped order, you can do so 3 business days prior to shipment, subject to a 2.7% merchant processing fee. For pre-orders, deposits can be canceled with a 2.7% processing fee.
If you receive a defective product, please notify us immediately. Our team will arrange for repairs or replacement, and cover all shipping and repair costs. If you continue to use the product after noticing a defect, the return policy will not be applicable.
To initiate a return, you must first receive an approval letter from us. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned package. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be issued via the original payment method used.
Please note that if the returned product is deemed unsellable, damaged, unclean, or not in its original condition and packaging, the return will be rejected, and the customer will need to take the product back at their own expense.
Segway Canada is not responsible for the shipping cost of the returned package.

Refund Policy
You may return unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. After 7 days, the sale is considered final. If you return any unused and unopened incorrectly ordered parts after the 7 days have elapsed, these products will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Goods that you return must be in the original sealed packaging and in the same condition as supplied; any returns which have been damaged, scratched, or used in any way will not be accepted. The 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the original sale, and you will be refunded the difference.
